Episode 1: Hand Massaging

In this episode, Surendra Kumar Jain shows how hand massaging can improve your health through acupressure. A very simple exercise, but very effective, hand massaging, can be done any time of the day. Taking only 8-10 minutes, this exercise can be done 2 to 3 times a day depending on time committments.
